SGS Slicing Solutions considers our service department as the root of our business. In addition to extensive factory training, all of our service people have worked in wafer slicing production. This allows our technicians to have first hand knowledge of key operational features of the machines as well as providing them with broad experience with actual materials that are sliced on our machines. This "process" knowledge is what differentiates SGS from our competitors and allows us to understand what our customers need and expect from their equipment and slicing processes.
SUPPORT
To ensure machine up-time, we stock extensive spare parts inventories for all machines we sell for a minimum of 10 years after sale. We pride ourselves in having the needed parts in the correct quantities to ensure rapid delivery and customer satisfaction.
